DESIGNER'S NOTES

"RUFFLE" is a two-piece ensemble. The voluminous skirt is adorned with ruffled layers and delicate floral accents at the waist. The skirt is secured elegantly by tied knots on the shoulders. It is paired with a long-sleeved, lined lace cropped top.
